All TA series models are supplied as standard in a two-pipe configuration, providing flexibility for most industrial installations. Suntec TA5C3010 oil pump intended for diesel fuel and fuel oil. Suntec TA5C3010 oil pump adjustment: The operating principle is based on a gear set that draws fuel from the tank and delivers it to the pressure-regulating valve. The fuel is then supplied to the nozzle line. Excess fuel that does not pass through the nozzle is discharged through the regulating valve. In a two-pipe system, the excess fuel is returned to the tank via the return line. In a one-pipe system, the excess fuel is internally recirculated back to the suction side of the pump. To bleed air from the system, the pressure gauge port plug must be loosened until all air is expelled. After bleeding is complete, the plug must be securely tightened. Suntec TA5C3010 oil pumps factory-configured for two-pipe operation, with a bypass plug installed in the vacuum gauge port. For one-pipe operation, the bypass plug must be removed and the return port must be sealed with a steel plug and sealing washer.
