Suntec J7CCC 1002 oil pump – a device that includes a pressure regulating valve with shut-off function. Suntec J 7 CCC 1002 oil pump application: Diesel fuel and medium viscosity liquid fuel Single- or double-line system Usually used with an external electromagnetic valve Suntec J7CCC1002 oil pump technical data: Mounting: Flanged according to European standard EN225 Mesh filter: Open area: 45 cm², hole size: 170 µm Shaft: 11 mm according to European standard EN 225 Bypass plug: Installed in the return line for a double line system, removed with a 3/16" hex key for a single line system Weight: 4.15 kg Fuel injection pressure range: 10 - 21 bar Factory set pressure: 12 bar Operating viscosity: 2 - 75 mm²/s (cSt) Fuel temperature: 0 - 90°C in the pump Inlet pressure: 1.5 bar max Outlet pressure: 1.5 bar max Suction lift: 0.45 bar vacuum to prevent air separation from fuel Nominal speed: 3600 rpm max Torque: 0.30 H.M Suntec J7CCC 1002 oil pump adjustment: The gear set draws fuel from the tank through an integrated filter and delivers it to the pressure regulating valve, after which the fuel is directed to the nozzle line. Excess fuel that does not reach the nozzle is discharged through the valve into the return line in a two-pipe system. In a single-pipe configuration, the fuel is routed back to the suction side. In this case, the bypass plug must be removed from the return port, and the return connection must be sealed with a steel plug and sealing washer. The regulating valve of the Suntec J7CCC1002 oil pump also performs a shut-off function. During start-up, as the gear speed increases, all fuel flows through a dedicated cavity in the piston and returns to the return line. Once a specific speed is reached, the fuel can no longer pass through this cavity, causing a rapid pressure rise that overcomes the spring force and opens the valve. During gradual shutdown, the gear speed decreases, and the valve closes when the pump delivery rate becomes lower than the fuel flow through the cavity. The opening and closing speeds depend on the gear size and the set operating pressure. Air bleeding of the Suntec J7CCC1002 fuel pump occurs automatically in a two-pipe system, but the process can be accelerated by opening the pressure gauge port. In a single-pipe system, the pressure gauge port must be opened to release air from the system. Shut-off in this configuration must be provided by an external solenoid valve.
