The Suntec J6CAC1000 oil pump is a precision-engineered component of the fuel system, equipped with a pressure regulating valve combined with a fuel shut-off function. The pump is designed to provide stable and consistent fuel delivery to the burner while maintaining the specified operating parameters required for safe and efficient system performance. The core operating element of the Suntec J6CAC 1000 oil pump is a gear mechanism that generates suction and draws fuel from the tank. Before entering the pumping chamber, the fuel passes through an integrated filter that removes mechanical impurities and protects internal components from wear and damage. The cleaned fuel flow is then directed to the pressure regulating valve, where the operating pressure is stabilized according to the preset adjustment. Once the pressure is regulated, the fuel is supplied to the nozzle line, ensuring accurate and uniform fuel delivery to the burner nozzle. Excess fuel that is not consumed during combustion is returned according to the system configuration. In a two-pipe system, it is discharged back to the tank via the return line, while in a single-pipe configuration it is routed back to the suction side of the pump. The shut-off function of the valve automatically stops fuel flow when the pump is switched off, preventing leakage and enhancing overall operational safety.
