Suntec J4CCC 1000 oil pump is equipped with a pressure regulating valve that also provides a shut-off function. The gear set draws fuel from the tank through an integrated filter and transfers it to the pressure control valve. The fuel is then supplied to the nozzle line. Excess fuel that does not pass through the nozzle circuit is discharged into the return line in a two-pipe system. In a single-pipe configuration, the fuel is redirected back to the suction side. In this case, the bypass plug must be removed from the return port, and the return connection must be sealed with a steel plug and sealing washer.
