Fuel pump Suntec E6NA 1001 6P
Suntec E6NA 1001 oil pump is equipped with an integrated pressure regulating valve that also performs a shut-off function. Its design is similar to pumps of the J series, but the E version is additionally suitable for heavy fuel oil and medium-viscosity fuels, not only diesel fuel. During operation, the gears draw fuel from the tank through an integrated filter and deliver it to the pressure regulating valve. From there, the fuel flows to the nozzle line. Any fuel that is not supplied to the nozzle is returned to the system. In a two-pipe configuration, excess fuel is directed to the return line, while in a single-pipe system it is routed back to the suction side. For single-pipe operation, the by-pass plug must be removed and the return port must be sealed with a steel plug and washer.
