Suntec D45C 7281 gear-type liquid oil pump is specifically adapted for fuel oil with a viscosity of up to 75 cSt and for operation at elevated fuel temperatures up to 90 °C. Suntec D 45 C 7281 oil pump application: Suntec oil pump is intended for use with fuel oil and medium-viscosity liquid fuels. It can be operated in single-pipe or two-pipe systems. The design requires the use of an external shut-off solenoid valve. Suntec D45C7281 oil pump adjustment: The gear set draws fuel from the tank through an integrated filter and delivers it to the pressure regulating valve. The fuel is then supplied to the nozzle line. Fuel that does not pass through the nozzle is discharged through the valve into the return line in a two-pipe system. In a single-pipe system, the fuel is returned to the suction side. In this case, the bypass plug must be removed from the return line and the return port must be closed with a steel plug and washer.
