Suntec AUV47R 9856-6 oil pump

Suntec AUV47R 9856 oil pump is a special version designed to replace other pump models. The AU 47 version replaces most AS 47 and AL 35 models. The pump is equipped with an integrated AL-type solenoid valve with shut-off function and features two possible nozzle outlets. Suntec AUV 47 R 9856 oil pump application: The pump is intended for use with diesel fuel and kerosene. It can be operated in single-pipe or two-pipe systems. Suntec AUV47R9856 oil pump adjustment: The design allows selection of the nozzle outlet on either the right or left side. The pump uses the proven SUNTEC A-series design with press-fitted gear assembly. The gear set and shaft assembly prevent any relative movement of components, eliminating wear when operating with kerosene. The gear set draws fuel from the tank through an integrated filter and delivers it to the nozzle line through the shut-off solenoid valve. The AL-type pressure regulating valve discharges fuel that does not pass through the nozzle.  In two-pipe systems, a bypass plug must be installed in the return line so that the fuel discharged by the regulating valve is returned to the tank and the suction flow corresponds to the gear set capacity.  In single-pipe systems, the bypass plug is removed and the return port is closed with a steel plug and washer.
