Suntec AT3 55 A 9508 oil pump designed for operation in systems requiring two pressure modes. The pump is equipped with a shut-off solenoid valve in the nozzle line with a closing function. Switching between low and high pressure is achieved by a second integrated solenoid valve, ensuring flexible and reliable burner operation. Suntec AT355A9508 oil pump application: Suntec AT355A9508 oil pump intended for use with diesel fuel. It operates with a single nozzle line and supports two pressure modes. The pump can be used in both single-pipe and two-pipe systems. Suntec AT3 55A9508 oil pump adjustment: The gear set draws fuel from the tank through an integrated filter and delivers it to the nozzle line through the shut-off solenoid valve. Pressure regulation is provided by two spool valves, one dedicated to each pressure mode. Switching between low and high pressure is carried out by a normally open bypass solenoid valve. When the solenoid valve is not energized, the bypass channel remains open and the low-pressure regulating valve sets the nozzle pressure. When the solenoid valve is energized, the bypass channel is closed, pressure gradually increases on both sides of the low-pressure valve, its influence is overridden, and the nozzle pressure is then determined by the high-pressure regulating valve. The shut-off solenoid valve in the nozzle line is of the normally closed type. This design ensures very fast response and allows the switching sequence to be selected according to the burner operating logic, independently of the motor speed.
