Fuel pump Suntec AS67B 1575-6

The Suntec AS 67 B 1575 oil pump features a built-in normally open solenoid valve that provides a shut-off function and enables instant fuel flow start and stop regardless of motor speed. Suntec AS67B 1575 oil pump designed for diesel fuel and kerosene and is suitable for both single-pipe and two-pipe fuel systems. Its design ensures stable pressure control, reliable air removal, and safe fuel shut-off during burner shutdown. Fuel is drawn by the gear set through an integrated filter and delivered to the pressure regulating valve before reaching the nozzle line. Excess fuel is returned either to the return line or to the suction side, depending on the system configuration. During burner shutdown, the bypass opens, pressure is rapidly released, and fuel supply to the nozzle is immediately stopped. Air bleeding is automatic in two-pipe systems and performed via the pressure gauge port in single-pipe systems.
