Oil pump Suntec AS 57C7441 is equipped with an integrated normally open solenoid valve, which performs a shut-off function and ensures quick stop and restart of fuel supply regardless of motor speed. The Suntec AS57C 7441 pump is designed for diesel fuel and kerosene and can be used in both single-pipe and two-pipe fuel systems. The pump design ensures stable pressure, effective air removal, and safe fuel supply stop when the burner is turned off. Operating principle of the Suntec AS 57 C 7441 oil pump: The gear pair draws fuel from the tank through an integrated mesh filter and delivers it to the pressure regulation valve, after which fuel goes to the nozzle line. Excess fuel in a two-pipe system is diverted through the valve to the return line, while in a single-pipe system it returns to the suction side. When the solenoid valve is inactive, the bypass between the pressure and return sides is open, so pressure does not build up. When the valve is activated, the bypass is closed, pressure quickly increases, and the nozzle valve opens. When the burner stops, the bypass opens again, fuel drains into the return line, and the supply to the nozzle immediately stops. Air removal in a two-pipe system occurs automatically. In a single-pipe system, air is removed through the open gauge port.
