Fuel pump Suntec AS47C 7434-4
AS47C7434 oil pump designed for diesel fuel and kerosene and can be used in both single-pipe and two-pipe fuel systems. Its robust construction guarantees stable pressure regulation, efficient air removal, and safe fuel shut-off during burner shutdown. Suntec AS47C 7434 oil pump adjustment: A gear set draws fuel from the tank through the integrated mesh filter and delivers it to the pressure regulating valve, after which the fuel is supplied to the nozzle line. Excess fuel in a two-pipe system is discharged to the return line, while in a single-pipe system it is redirected back to the suction side. When the solenoid valve is not energized, the bypass channel between the pressure and return sides remains open, preventing pressure build-up. When the valve is energized, the bypass closes, pressure rises rapidly, and the nozzle valve opens. During burner shutdown, the bypass opens again, immediately stopping fuel delivery to the nozzle. Air bleeding occurs automatically in two-pipe systems. In single-pipe systems, air must be released through the open pressure gauge port.
