Kromschroder JSAV 40R40/2-3 is an emergency shut-off valve, art. 86362050, which reliably shuts off gas supply to the burner when set pressures are reached. It automatically trips in case of overpressure or underpressure. The emergency shut-off device is manually reset. The valve has been tested and certified in accordance with EU standards. Features: Class "A" emergency shut-off valve. Activation at upper and lower pressure thresholds. Manual activation by pulling the stem via the reset cap. Wide adjustment range. No bypass line required. Safe and automatic gas shut-off. Transparent reset cap for visual position indication. Inlet gas pressure range: 120-4000 mbar. Design and installation: The emergency shut-off valve body is made of AISi alloy, stem of stainless steel, disc of steel with vulcanized NBR seal, diaphragm of butadiene-nitrile rubber, and valve seat of aluminum. It connects with internal thread Rp 1 1/2" according to ISO 7-1. The valve can be installed vertically or horizontally (minimum distance to obstacles 20 mm).
