Combination gas valve Honeywell VS820A1054/U – autonomy and safety The Honeywell VS820A1054/U valve does not require external electrical power – it operates from 750 mV generated by a thermopile (PowerPile) heated by the pilot flame. This is an ideal solution for homes with power outages. In one housing, it combines a Lite-Rite manual gas cock, Pilotstat safety mechanism, 750 mV solenoid valve, and pressure regulator. Fewer connections – higher reliability. If the pilot flame goes out or gas pressure drops, the valve automatically shuts off fuel supply. The ignition sequence OFF-PILOT-ON eliminates errors during manual operation. Valve capacity – up to 98 kW (335,000 BTU/hr). Connection: inlet and outlet 3/4" NPT + side outlets 1/2" NPT. Outlet pressure adjustable in the range of 3–5 inches water column. Operating temperature: from 0°C to +79°C. The valve is suitable for natural gas. Includes adapter bushings from 3/4" to 1/2" and from 1/2" to 3/8". Installation is simple: all adjustments on the top panel, installation at an angle up to 90° is allowed.
