Honeywell C7027A1023 UV detector minipeeper
Honeywell C7027A1023 UV sensors are used to detect the presence of ultra-violet radiation emitted by a flame. Flame detectors are used with Honeywell flame monitoring systems to detect the presence of flames in gas, oil and combined burners. Features • The C7027A1023/U flame detectors are used together with the R7249A, R7290A, R7749B and R7849A,B amplifiers and the corresponding Honeywell control devices. • The Resideo C7027A1023/B flame sensor has a built-in cuff with 1/2-14 NPSM internal thread for installation on a ½-inch inspection tube. • Due to its compact size, the Honeywell C7027A 1023 is well suited for installation on a purge pipe. • When properly installed, the C7027A1023 can be used at pressures up to 5 psi. • Two flame detectors C7027 A 1023 can be connected in parallel in cases where flame reading is difficult. • The C7027A 1023/U photocell is only used with the R7851B flame amplifier and the corresponding Honeywell control devices. • The flame detector C7027 A 1023/U has a built-in cuff with 1/2-14 NPSM internal thread for installation on a ½-inch inspection tube. Specifications • Ambient temperature: -18°C to 102°C or -40°C to +102°C, depending on the model. • Maximum pressure: 5 psi (34.5 kPa). • Installation: Cuff with 1/2-14 NPSM internal thread for installation on a ½-inch inspection tube. • Electrical connections: Two wires 6 ft [1.83 m], color-coded, NEC Class 1. (One model comes with wires 24 ft [7.32 m] long). At the back of the detector there is a clamping contact for a ½-inch flexible metal conductor. (There are also models with a pressure contact and an internal thread of ½-inch). • Spare Parts: Flange seal 129685 • Ambient temperature range: -18°C to +121°C or -40°C to +121°C, depending on the model. • Maximum allowable pressure: 5 psi (34.5 kPa). • Installation: Cuff with 1-11-1/2 NPSM internal thread for installation on a one-inch inspection tube.
