Fluidics 0.65GPH, 60SF nozzle

This is an oil nozzle for pressure-jet burners, rated 0.65 GPH at the reference pressure, with a 60° spray angle and an SF spray pattern. The nozzle atomises fuel oil into a fine cone so that it mixes with combustion air and burns completely. It is a precision, consumable part: the flame shape and stability depend on the exact combination of flow rate, angle and pattern. Oil nozzles of this type are selected by flow rate (GPH or kg/h at the test pressure), spray angle (typically 30° to 80°), spray pattern (hollow, solid or semi-solid), and thread size. A nozzle with the correct flow rate but a wrong pattern or angle can cause sooting, pulsation, unstable ignition or poor combustion. For replacement, always verify that all three parameters — flow, angle and pattern — match the burner data plate. The nozzle screws into the burner’s nozzle holder on the oil line; the pump delivers oil at the required pressure to the nozzle. Nozzles are not repairable and should be replaced when wear, partial blockage or combustion faults are suspected.
