Brahma 37606005 NDTM31 control box
Brahma NDTM31 combustion control unit (art. 37606005) – a new generation microprocessor burner manager designed for automation of ignition and flame monitoring in modulating (progressive) atmospheric burners operating on gas or liquid fuel in intermittent mode. The device combines a high-voltage ignition transformer and control electronics in a compact housing, providing a full cycle: pre-purge, ignition, continuous flame monitoring and safety lockout. The NDTM31 model features electrical lockout reset (automatic restart after power restoration), which is convenient in systems with remote control and at facilities without permanent maintenance personnel. Main technical specifications Parameter Value Supply voltage 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz Flame control Ionization or photodiode FD Combustion method Atmospheric burners Burner type Progressive (modulating) Fuel type Gas, liquid fuel Operating mode Intermittent Pre-purge time (Tv) 5 seconds Safety time (Ts) 5 seconds Response time on flame loss less than 1 second Lockout reset Electrical (automatic) Operating temperature from -20°C to +70°C Protection class IP00 Dimensions (H×W×D) 10.7 × 8.1 × 3.6 cm Weight ≈ 0.2 kg Key features Built-in high-voltage ignition transformer – no external unit required, simplifies installation. Electrical lockout reset (automatic restart) – after fault elimination and power restoration, the device automatically exits alarm mode, convenient for fully automated boiler rooms and remote sites. Short pre-purge cycle (5 seconds) – fast burner start. Universal flame control – works
