Brahma 37520001 DMN12PR control box
Brahma DMN12PR (art. 37520001 / 246.124.261) is a microprocessor "burner automation" (flame safeguard) from the DMN12 series, designed for automation, control and safety of progressive atmospheric gas burners operating in intermittent (cyclic) mode. Purpose and application: Brahma DMN12PR is designed to control progressive (modulating) atmospheric gas burners without a fan (natural draft). This controller fully automates the ignition process, maintains combustion and performs emergency shutdown, ensuring stable and economical operation of thermal equipment. The control unit is widely used in various types of heat generating equipment, including: gas and combination heating boilers (domestic and industrial); water heating systems and water heaters; heat generators and air heaters; industrial furnaces and drying chambers; infrared (IR) heaters; other gas equipment with atmospheric burners. Main functions and features: Pilot ignition modification (PR): This model with PR marking is specially adapted for systems with a pilot burner, where a small pilot flame is ignited first, which then ignites the main burner. Requires a separate external ignition transformer (not included). Manual reset of safety lockout: In any abnormal situation (flame loss, ignition failure, ionization circuit break), the controller goes into safety lockout. Restart is possible only manually by pressing and holding the Reset button on the housing after eliminating the cause. This prevents automatic burner restart and meets the highest safety class. Ionization flame control: Flame detection via ionization
