Brahma VM44G is a microprocessor controller ("burner manager") from the EUROGAS series, designed for full automation of ignition, flame monitoring and safe operation of gas forced draught burners (with fan) operating in intermittent (cyclic) mode. The controller can be used in both domestic and industrial heating and heat generation systems of any power, provided that the time parameters correspond to the design requirements of the specific installation. Application area includes: gas heating and combination boilers (domestic and industrial); air heaters, hot air generators; industrial furnaces (bakery, metallurgical), drying chambers for grain and wood; water heaters, process equipment; burners of Riello, Baltur, Weishaupt, Lamborghini and other brands. Main functions and features: Versatility: Supports both single-stage and two-stage forced draught gas burners, making it a flexible solution for a wide range of equipment. Fixed time parameters TP=5s, TS=5s: Pre-purge time (tv/tp) and safety time (ts) are 5 seconds. This ensures a fast but safe start-up suitable for most modern forced draught burners. Non-volatile (hardware) lockout with manual reset: In any abnormal situation (no flame, ionization circuit break, ignition failure), the unit goes into lockout state. Restart is only possible manually by pressing the Reset button on the housing after eliminating the cause. This prevents spontaneous burner start-up when the fault is not cleared.
