Brahma 37112211 SM11F control box
Brahma SM11F combustion control unit is a microprocessor controller ("flame safeguard") designed for automation of ignition, flame monitoring and safe operation of atmospheric gas burners with forced air supply (with fan in the combustion circuit). The device operates in intermittent mode and is suitable for a wide range of heat generating equipment: gas heating and combination boilers (domestic and industrial); air heaters, hot air generators; air heaters, infrared heaters; water heaters, furnaces, drying chambers. The SM11F model with article 37112211 is often used as a replacement for failed units in Master, Oklima air heaters, as well as on Riello, Baltur, Lamborghini, Weishaupt and other brand burners. Main functions and features: Full automation of the combustion cycle: the unit independently performs the sequence: check for absence of false flame → pre-purge (tv/tp) → ignition → combustion monitoring → safe shutdown upon flame loss. Ionization flame control: flame detection is carried out via an ionization electrode (rectification effect). Reaction time upon flame loss is less than 1 second, meeting high safety standards. High safety class: in any abnormal situation (no flame, ionization circuit break, ignition failure), the unit goes into emergency lockout with manual reset (Reset button). This prevents spontaneous restart and complies with EN 298 requirements. Built-in ignition transformer: the device is equipped with a built-in high-voltage coil, simplifying installation and reducing the number of external components. Protection against interference and overvoltages: built-in EMC filter suppresses electromagnetic interference from the transformer
