Brahma SM152N.2 is a microprocessor-based controller ("burner automation") designed to automate ignition, flame monitoring, and ensure safe operation of atmospheric gas burners with intermittent duty cycle (including both natural draft and forced air systems). This high-tech device provides complete control of combustion processes in heating equipment. Thanks to its technical and design features, this model is widely used in various types of heat-generating equipment, such as: combination and heating boilers; air heaters and hot air generators; infrared heaters (radiant tubes); water heaters; professional kitchen equipment (ovens, cooktops) and other gas equipment with atmospheric burners. ✨ Main functions and features Full automation of the combustion cycle: The controller independently manages the complete burner cycle: from pre-purge to safe shutdown in case of flame loss. Thanks to the built-in ignition transformer, there is no need to purchase and install a separate ignition unit. Ionization flame monitoring: An ionization electrode is used for flame detection. This ensures a high response speed — in case of flame loss, gas supply is shut off in less than 1 second, meeting strict European standards. High safety class: The device is designed in strict compliance with European gas directives and standard EN298:2003. Non-volatile lockout with manual reset: In any abnormal situation, the unit goes into safety lockout and can only be restarted manually by pressing the Reset button on the housing. This prevents automatic restart.
