Brahma G22 is a microprocessor-based controller ("burner manager") designed for automation of ignition, flame monitoring, and safe operation of forced-draft (with fan) liquid fuel (diesel) burners in intermittent (cyclic) mode. The device is suitable for both single-stage and two-stage burners with a single flame, with capacity up to 30 kg/h. Application area: heating and steam boilers (domestic and industrial); air heaters, hot air generators; process furnaces, drying chambers; monoblock oil burners, electric washing machines; burners from Riello, Baltur, Weishaupt, Lamborghini, and other brands. Main functions and features Manual reset of safety lockout (non-volatile lockout): In any abnormal situation (flame failure, ignition failure), the unit goes into safety lockout. Restart is only possible manually by pressing the Reset button on the housing after eliminating the cause. This prevents spontaneous burner ignition and meets the highest safety class. A red signal lamp is built into the reset button and lights up during safety lockout. Photocell flame monitoring: Flame detection is performed via photocells type FC7, FC8 (visible light). Response time to flame loss is less than 1 second, ensuring immediate fuel shutoff. Two independent safety contacts: A critically important safety function. The fuel valve output is equipped with two independent contacts connected in series. This redundancy eliminates the possibility of fuel leakage if one of them fails. Support for preheating: The controller has an output for controlling a fuel preheating device, which is relevant for operation on heavy fuel types.
