Brahma OR3/B combustion control unit is a microprocessor device designed for automatic control and management of the ignition, combustion and shutdown process of gas or liquid fuel burners. It is used in heating systems, heat generators, industrial and domestic boilers, air heaters, as well as any equipment requiring safe and reliable flame control. The OR3/B model is one of the most popular in the Brahma line due to its versatility, compactness and high noise immunity. It replaces outdated units of the OR1, OR2 series and is compatible with most modern burners. Main functions and features Automatic start sequence: pre-purge, check for absence of false flame, ignition with ionization or photoresistor monitoring, combustion stabilization, emergency shutdown in case of faults. Flame control – supports two types of sensors: ionization electrode (most common for gas burners); photoresistor (for diesel and dual-fuel burners). Mode switching is done via a jumper on the board.
