Brahma 18048300 GF2 control box
Brahma GF2 is a fully electronic microprocessor controller ("burner manager") designed for automation of ignition, flame monitoring and safe operation of forced-draft (with fan) liquid fuel burners in intermittent (cyclic) mode. The device replaces outdated electromechanical controllers of the 03 series and is compatible with single-stage and two-stage burners without preheater, with capacity up to 30 kg/h. Purpose and application Brahma GF2 is widely used in various types of heat generating equipment: monoblock diesel burners in heating and steam boilers; air heaters, hot air generators; industrial furnaces, drying chambers; automation of kitchen stoves and oil burner installations for domestic and industrial purposes. Main functions and features Full automation of the combustion cycle: the controller independently manages the sequence: check for absence of false flame → pre-purge (20 s) → ignition → combustion monitoring → safe shutdown upon flame loss. High safety class: Two independent safety contacts for fuel valve control – redundancy of critical circuits, eliminating fuel leakage. Instant lockout upon flame loss – reaction time less than 1 second. Lockout on extraneous light – the automation detects false flame, preventing emergency situations. Manual reset of safety lockout – on the front panel there is a reset button with built-in signal lamp. After troubleshooting, the button must be pressed manually to restart. Reliable start and self-diagnostics: Controlled restart: every 24 hours of continuous operation the unit forcibly stops to perform a self-diagnostic cycle
