Brahma G22/Z (art. 18048102 / 246.124.191) is a microprocessor controller (burner manager) designed for automatic ignition control, flame monitoring and safe operation of forced-draught (with fan) liquid fuel burners in intermittent (cyclic) mode. The device is suitable for controlling both single-stage and two-stage burners with a single flame, with or without fuel preheating. The controller is designed for burners with a capacity of up to 30 kg of fuel per hour. Thanks to its technical and design characteristics, G22/Z is widely used in various types of heat-generating equipment and industrial installations: Monoblock oil burners Steam and heating boilers Warm air generators and air heaters Furnaces, drying chambers, process furnaces Electrically driven washing machines Kitchen ranges and equipment with oil burners (domestic and industrial) Main functions and features Control of single- and two-stage burners: the controller provides a full automation cycle: check for absence of false flame → pre-purge (10 s) → ignition → combustion monitoring → safe shutdown upon flame loss. Supports operation with burners up to 30 kg/h (TS MAX = 10 s). Flame monitoring via photosensor: flame detection is carried out via photocells of type FC7, FC8 (visible light). Flame loss response time is less than 1 second, ensuring instant fuel shut-off. Two independent safety contacts: a critical safety function.
