Brahma DTMN32 is a fully solid-state microprocessor controller from the DIGITAL MICROFLAT series, designed to automate ignition, flame monitoring, and safe operation of atmospheric gas and oil burners of progressive (modulating) type with intermittent (cyclic) operation. The device is suitable for burners both with forced air supply (with fan) and without, providing precise power regulation, optimal fuel consumption, and a high degree of protection. The control unit is widely used in various types of heat-generating equipment: combined, heating, and steam boilers; air heaters (e.g., Master BV70, BV110, BV170, BV290, B230, B360, OKLIMA); hot air generators and air heaters; infrared (IR) heaters and convectors; water heaters, industrial furnaces, package burners; burners from leading brands (Riello, Weishaupt, Giersch, Viessmann, Lamborghini). Key functions and features: Manual reset of safety lockout (non-volatile lockout): In any abnormal situation (no flame, ignition failure, ionization circuit break), the unit goes into safety lockout. Restart is only possible manually by pressing the Reset button on the housing after eliminating the cause of the fault. This eliminates the risk of automatic burner restart and meets the highest safety class. Progressive (modulating) control: Provides smooth regulation of burner power, optimizing fuel consumption and reducing the number of starts/stops. Burner type: progressive. Ionization flame detection: Flame detection via ionization electrode (photocell also supported). Reaction time to flame loss is less than 1 second, ensuring instant fuel shutoff. Pilot ignition.
