Brahma XM12 is a microprocessor controller ("burner automation") from the Microflat series, designed for automatic ignition control, flame monitoring and safe operation of atmospheric gas burners of both single-stage and two-stage types. The device operates in intermittent cycle and is suitable for burners with natural draft (without fan) and forced air supply (with fan). Model XM12 (art. 37071010) is a universal solution for a wide range of heat-generating equipment, including: gas heating and combination boilers (domestic and industrial); air heaters, hot air generators; air heaters, infrared heaters; water heaters, industrial furnaces, drying chambers; burners Riello, Baltur, Weishaupt, Lamborghini and other brands. Main functions and features Versatility: Supports both single-stage and two-stage atmospheric gas burners with forced air supply (with fan). Can also be used with burners without fan. Full automation of the combustion cycle: The unit independently performs the sequence: check for absence of false flame → pre-purge (tv/tp) → ignition on first stage → ramp to full power (if necessary) → combustion monitoring → safe shutdown upon flame loss. Fixed timing parameters: Pre-purge time (tv/tp) = 1.5 seconds; Safety time (ts) = 10 seconds; Wait time (tw) = 1.5 seconds. These parameters are standard for this modification and suitable for most burners. Ionization flame control: Flame detection via ionization electrode (rectification effect). Response time in case of flame loss is less than 1 second, which meets EN 298 requirements.
