Brahma GR2 is a fully solid-state microprocessor controller ("burner management system") for full automation and safe operation of single-stage and two-stage forced-draft liquid fuel (diesel) burners operating in intermittent (cyclic) mode. Model GR2 18049105 is a direct OEM equivalent for Baltur burners and is widely used in various types of heat generating equipment. Purpose and application: Brahma GR2 18049105 is designed to automate ignition, flame monitoring and safe shutdown of burners running on diesel or heavy oil. The device is suitable for single-stage and two-stage burners (with single flame) with intermittent operation, supports fuel preheating or operation without it. Application: monoblock diesel burners (especially Baltur); heating and steam boilers (domestic and industrial); air heaters, hot air generators; industrial furnaces, drying chambers; washing machines, electric washing machines; burners of leading brands (Riello, Weishaupt, Lamborghini and others). Model GR2 18049105 has key time parameters: pre-purge time (TV) — 20 seconds, safety time (TS) — 5 seconds. Maximum burner capacity — up to 30 kg/h. The housing is made of impact-resistant and heat-resistant polymer material with protection degree IP40. Main functions and features: Control of single-stage and two-stage burners: the controller provides a full automation cycle: check for absence of false flame → pre-purge (20 s) → ignition → combustion monitoring → safe shutdown upon flame loss.
