Pressure regulator Kromschroder VGBF 25R40-1, art. 86046010 is characterized by its ability to precisely regulate output parameters. It maintains a set outlet pressure under varying flow and line pressure. Advantages of this regulator include high gas flow, optimal working space size, presence of safety and compensation diaphragms, zero shut-off function, and no need for a vent line. Pressure parameters can be adjusted over a wide range from 5 to 350 mbar. This regulator can be used in systems with working pressure up to 4000 mbar, and has a compensation diaphragm to equalize inlet pressure differences. It is also equipped with a safety diaphragm that shuts off the gas supply when the consumer is disconnected. The regulator valve has a diaphragm and disc made of Perbunan, and the body, seat and valve stem are made of aluminum alloy. The regulator is connected to the system via Rp 1" thread, and has a connection for an impulse tube, as well as a threaded plug on the inlet. It must be installed vertically, with the spring housing facing upward and at least 2 cm from walls. This regulator can be used at ambient temperatures from -15 to +60 °C. The Kromschroder VGBF pressure regulator is used in various industries for equipping gas distribution and gas supply systems. It is suitable for use in installations operating on natural gas, town gas, LPG, biogas (if H₂S content does not exceed 0.1%) or air. An important operating condition for this regulator is that the gas must not condense regardless of ambient temperature.
