Ignition transformer Honeywell ET402. Original dual-output pulse transformer for gas and oil burners. Ignition transformer Honeywell ET402 is a specialized electronic device (electronic high-voltage pulse generator) designed for reliable ignition of gas, oil and dual-fuel burners. Model ET402 (also known in warehouse accounting systems as 534.823.005) converts mains voltage 230 V into two high-voltage pulses of 2 x 7 kV (or 14 kV between terminals), necessary to create a stable spark between ignition electrodes. This transformer belongs to the ET (Electronic Transformer) series and is a modern electronic alternative to outdated electromechanical models (e.g., ZT931). Thanks to pulsed high-frequency technology, it provides a more powerful spark with lower power consumption and significantly lower electromagnetic interference. Purpose and application: Honeywell ET series ignition transformers are designed for installation in industrial and domestic burner devices. Model ET402 has two high-voltage outputs and is intended for igniting a pilot or main burner in systems requiring two ignition electrodes. Typical applications: Gas burners: For ignition of natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas. Oil burners: For ignition of diesel fuel or fuel oil. Dual-fuel burners: For equipment operating on gas and liquid fuel. Gas heating boilers: As part of central heating boiler automation. Industrial burner devices: In heat generation facilities and industrial furnaces. The device can be installed directly under the control unit
