Scatola di comando Brahma 24080056 SM11
Brahma SM11 combustion control unit (modification with part no. 24080056) is a microprocessor controller ("flame safeguard") designed for automation of ignition, flame monitoring and safe operation of atmospheric gas burners with forced air supply (with fan). The device is used in a wide range of heat-generating equipment: heating gas boilers (domestic and industrial); combined boilers; heat guns and hot air generators; infrared heaters; water heaters; furnaces and drying chambers. Main functions and features Full burner control cycle: the unit independently performs the sequence: check for absence of flame → pre-purge → ignition → combustion monitoring → safe shutdown upon flame loss. Ionization flame control: flame detection via ionization electrode (rectification effect). Reaction time to flame loss is less than 1 second. High safety class: in case of any malfunction (no flame, ionization circuit break, ignition failure) the unit goes into safety lockout with manual reset. This eliminates spontaneous restart and meets EN 298 requirements. Built-in ignition transformer: the device is equipped with a built-in high-voltage coil, simplifying installation and reducing the number of external components. Overvoltage protection: varistor and fuse protect the electronics from voltage surges and short circuits. High service life: the controller is rated for more than 250,000 on-off cycles under extreme loads. Compact housing made of self-extinguishing plastic: provides IP00 protection, mounting possible in any position (on DIN rail or with screws). Technical characteristics
