Honeywell VG 40/32R02NT31D valve (art. 85208030) is designed for safe control of gas burners. It provides reliable gas flow shut-off to prevent possible leaks. The valve is specially designed for high-load operating conditions and has CE certification. It is classified as "A" according to EN 161. Main characteristics include operating pressure up to 200 mbar, automatic closure on power loss, fast opening and closing (less than 0.5 seconds and less than 1 second respectively), adjustable flow capacity. The valve is equipped with a spring-loaded shut-off plate and a mesh filter at the gas inlet to prevent clogging of the valve seat. The valve body is made of durable ALSi material. The shut-off plate has a reliable perbunan seal, and the filter is made of stainless steel. The valve has a detachable connection with internal thread Rp 1 1/2". Operating voltage is 220 V, with a tolerance of ±10% of the nominal value. Recommended operating temperature range is from -20°C to +60°C. The valve is protected against dust and moisture according to IP54 standard, ensuring reliable protection of its components and contacts. Electrical connection is via PG11 cable gland. A threaded plug is provided at the inlet port. The Kromschroder VG 40/32R02NT31D valve can be installed in any position except upside down, with the solenoid coil orientation from vertical upward to horizontal. It is intended for use in gas burners, boilers, furnaces, heat generators operating on natural gas, liquefied gas (in gaseous form) and biogas (on request). Additionally, the valve can be used with air.
