The Technick B-GHG-E/1 bypass valve is designed to relieve pressure build-up in fuel or hydraulic pressure lines by redirecting excess fluid to the return path. When system pressure reaches a defined threshold, the valve opens and maintains safe operating conditions automatically. A precision screw mechanism adjusts the preload on the internal spring, allowing the pressure setting to be fine-tuned. Five spring options are available, each calibrated for a specific pressure range, making the bypass valve adaptable to a wide variety of system requirements. The spring-piston system reacts in real time: as pressure in line “P” increases, the valve opens and directs overflow to line “T,” which leads to the fuel tank. This design is ideal for systems with fluctuating flow rates, ensuring stable performance without manual intervention.
