Boîtier de commande Brahma 30083301 CM391N.2
Brahma CM391N.2 is a flame safeguard control that fully automates the operation of a gas burner, ensuring safe ignition and flame monitoring. The device is designed for professional use in heating systems and industrial heat generating equipment. Purpose and application area: Brahma CM391N.2 control unit is designed to automate ignition, flame monitoring and safe shutdown of atmospheric gas burners with forced air supply (with fan). The device is compatible with both single-stage and two-stage burners operating in intermittent (cyclic) mode. The controller is widely used in various types of heat generating equipment, including: Gas heating and combi boilers (domestic and industrial); Air heaters, hot air generators; Infrared heaters, radiant tube heaters; Water heaters, process ovens, cookers. The device is also suitable for automation of ovens, cookers and gas furnace installations with atmospheric burner. Main functions and features: Manual reset of safety lockout (non-volatile lockout): In any abnormal situation (no flame, ignition failure, ionization circuit break) the unit goes into lockout state. Restart is only possible manually by pressing the Reset button on the housing after eliminating the cause. This prevents automatic burner restart and meets the highest safety class. Ionization flame detection: Flame detection via ionization electrode (rectification effect). Reaction time upon flame loss is less than 1 second, meeting EN 298 requirements. Two independent safety contacts: The gas valve output is equipped with two independent contacts connected in series
