Application - Suitable for gas and fuel oil traction burners designed for both civil and industrial use. - Works with burners having two flame levels. Construction The components of the Brahma MF2 18015002 relay are securely mounted on a frame made of pressed heat-curing material with high dielectric resistance. For additional protection of the control panel from mechanical damage, as well as from dust and dirt penetrating inside during installation, a durable housing is provided. Flexible unipolar conductors of various sizes connect all components of the control system, excluding only the flame detection and pre-purge circuit, which are effectively integrated on the printed circuit board. This constructive approach ensures reliable communication between the elements of the system, preventing possible malfunctions and ensuring a long service life of the equipment. Flame detection sensor - Can alternatively be used as a probe using the flame rectification property (ionization). - Can also work with UV phototube. Certification and compliance with standards - According to TÜV Bayern, Monaco, the control system complies with the German regulations DIN 4788, Part 3, for power up to 350 kW. - Received the approval of DIN-DVGW 89.09fBN, although its validity has expired and is not subject to renewal. Testing and certification - "Macintosh and Thermal Engineering Laboratory at the Studi ed Esperienze Center" in Rome - Capannelle tested the MF2 control system with a power of up to 2332 kW. - The system has received certificate No. 3704/187/77/21. - The approval of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Fire Safety (Circulars No. 68 and No. 42) emphasizes the safety and compliance with the standards of this control unit.
