Brahma MM12F is a modern microprocessor controller ("burner manager") designed for full automation of ignition, flame monitoring and safe operation of atmospheric gas burners of single-stage type in intermittent (cyclic) mode. The device is equally effective for burners with forced air supply (with fan) and without. Purpose and application area: Brahma MM12F is a key component for automating ignition processes, flame monitoring and safe shutdown of a gas burner, providing a full control cycle. The control unit is widely used in various types of heat-generating equipment: combi steamers; heating and combination boilers (domestic and industrial); hot air generators, air heaters; radiant tube heaters; water heaters and other gas installations with atmospheric burner. The controller is compatible with burners from leading brands (Riello, Baltur, Weishaupt, Lamborghini and others) thanks to standardized timing parameters and universal circuitry. Main functions and features: Single-stage control: the controller provides a full automation cycle for single-flame burners – check for absence of false flame, pre-purge, ignition, combustion monitoring, safe shutdown. Dual flame system: supports operation with two flames, increasing ignition reliability and combustion stability under various conditions. Manual reset of safety lockout: in any abnormal situation (flame failure, ignition failure, ionization circuit break) the unit goes into safety lockout. Restart is only possible manually by pressing the Reset button on the housing after eliminating the cause. This prevents automatic burner restart and meets the highest safety class.
