Caja de control Brahma 37002027 FM12
Brahma FM12 is a fully solid-state microprocessor-based controller ("burner manager") designed for full automation of ignition, flame monitoring, and safe operation of progressive (modulating) atmospheric gas burners in intermittent (cyclic) mode. The device is suitable for burners without a fan and, in certain configurations, for systems with a fan. The FM12 control unit is widely used in various types of heat-generating equipment: combination, heating, and steam boilers (domestic and industrial); air heaters, hot air generators; air heaters, infrared (IR) heaters, water heaters; industrial furnaces, drying chambers, kitchen ranges; burners from leading brands (Riello, Baltur, Weishaupt, Lamborghini, and others). Main functions and features: Extended safety time (ts = 60 seconds): Key parameter of this modification. If the flame does not appear within 60 seconds after opening the gas valve, the unit shuts off fuel supply in an emergency. This allows the controller to be used in systems with extended ignition time. Ionization flame detection: Flame detection via an ionization electrode (rectification effect). Reaction time upon flame loss is less than 1 second, meeting EN 298 requirements. Built-in high-voltage ignition transformer: Fully solid-state type, with spark voltage of 20 kV, frequency of 25 Hz, recommended discharge gap of 2-4 mm, and spark energy of 15 MJ. Provides stable and reliable ignition of the fuel-air mixture without the need to purchase and install an additional external ignition unit. Two independent safety contacts: Critically important safety function. The gas valve output is equipped with two independent contacts.
