Brahma SE191.3 combustion control unit is a microprocessor controller (also called "flame safeguard control" or "burner management system") designed for automatic ignition control, flame monitoring and safe operation of gas burners. Model SE191.3 is specifically designed for atmospheric gas burners of single-stage or two-stage type operating in intermittent mode. The device is suitable for burners with or without a fan in the combustion circuit. Thanks to its technical and design characteristics, Brahma SE191.3 control units are successfully used in: heating and combi boilers; heat generators and air heaters; radiant tubes and IR heaters; water heaters; ovens, cookers and other gas equipment with atmospheric burner. Main functions and features: Microprocessor control: the unit is based on a modern microcontroller providing high accuracy of timing sequences and stable operation. Built-in ignition transformer: the device is equipped with a built-in ignition system, simplifying installation and reducing the number of external components. Ionization flame detection: flame detection is based on the rectification (ionization) effect. The unit is compatible with a standard ionization electrode (not included). Two independent safety contacts: increase system reliability and safety by providing redundancy for critical circuits. Auxiliary contact for ignition: designed to control low-power ignition or the main solenoid valve in pilot systems with interruptions. Non-volatile lockout with manual reset: in case of safety lockout, restart is only possible by manual unlocking
