Electrodo Baltur 0024010015
Ionization electrode Baltur B79 — original spare part from Italian manufacturer BALTUR, designed for flame monitoring in TBG 55–85 P series gas burners. This is a key element of the burner safety system: without a working ionization electrode, the burner cannot confirm ignition and will go into emergency lockout mode. Purpose and operating principle The ionization electrode with movable insulation, length 650 mm, is part of the flame monitoring system and connects to the control unit to transmit signals about flame presence during ignition and burner operation. The operating principle is based on measuring ionization current: the burning flame conducts electric current between the electrode and the burner head, and this signal is detected by the control board. When the flame goes out, the current drops to zero — the automation instantly shuts off the gas supply, preventing gas leakage and explosion hazard. Compatibility The ionization electrode 0024010015 is intended for Baltur TBG 55–85 P series gas burners. These series burners are two-stage, with power from 110 to 1500 kW depending on modification, equipped with an air damper servo drive and a three-phase centrifugal fan motor. They are widely used in heat supply systems for industrial enterprises, shopping centers, administrative buildings, and agricultural facilities. Design BALTUR ignition and ionization electrodes consist of a metal core in a ceramic housing for electrical insulation. They are most often made of stainless or chromium-nickel steel. Movable insulation allows precise adjustment of the electrode working position relative
