Kraftstoffpumpe Suntec E7NC 1069 7P
Suntec E7NC 1069 oil pump is equipped with an integrated pressure regulating valve that also performs a shut-off function. Its design is similar to pumps of the J series, but the E version is additionally suitable for heavy fuel oil and medium-viscosity fuels, not only diesel fuel. Suntec E7 NC 1069 oil pump application: Suntec E7 NC1069 oil pump can be used in both single-pipe and two-pipe fuel systems. It is typically operated together with an external solenoid valve, providing enhanced control of fuel delivery and improving operational safety. Suntec E7NC1069 oil pump adjustment: The operating principle is based on a gear set. During operation, the gears draw fuel from the tank through an integrated filter and deliver it to the pressure regulating valve. From there, the fuel flows to the nozzle line. Any fuel that is not supplied to the nozzle is returned to the system. In a two-pipe configuration, excess fuel is directed to the return line, while in a single-pipe system it is routed back to the suction side. For single-pipe operation, the by-pass plug must be removed and the return port must be sealed with a steel plug and washer. The regulating valve not only stabilizes pressure but also acts as a shut-off device. During start-up, as the gear speed increases, all fuel passes through a special channel in the piston and flows back to the return side. Once a certain rotational speed is reached, the fuel can no longer pass through this channel. Pressure then rises rapidly, overcomes the spring force, and opens the valve, allowing fuel to reach the nozzle. During shutdown, the process is reversed. As the gear speed gradually decreases, the valve closes when the pump delivery rate becomes lower than the fuel flow through the piston channel. The opening and closing speeds of the valve depend on the size of the gear set and the selected operating pressure.
