Master-4510.436-Thermoschalter 90c mit Rückstellfunktion
A thermal cut-out is a safety device that interrupts the power supply to the burner or fan when the air temperature inside the heater reaches a set point. The Master 4510.436 is specified to open at 90°C and includes a manual reset, meaning that after it trips it must be physically pressed back in before the appliance can restart. Parts of this type are normally mounted on the heat exchanger casing or in the air stream downstream of the heat source, where they sense the outlet air temperature directly. When selecting a replacement thermal cut-out, the opening temperature (90°C in this case) must match the original specification, and the reset function – automatic or manual – must also be the same. The electrical rating (voltage and current) and the type of terminal connections should be verified against the existing part. Because the cut-out is a safety component, any replacement must be of the correct temperature class and have the same contact arrangement (normally closed or normally open) as the original. Always confirm the mounting thread or bracket dimensions to ensure it fits the heater.
