Kromschroder GDJ 20R04-0 pressure regulator (art: 03155022) is designed to maintain constant pressure in the line, regardless of flow and pressure. These regulators have several advantages. First, they are equipped with a built-in safety diaphragm, eliminating the need for a separate vent line. In addition, the regulator has a zero shut-off function, meaning automatic gas shut-off when there is no consumption. A compensation diaphragm is also present to smooth out inlet pressure fluctuations. The regulator has the following features: maximum working pressure up to 400 mbar, compliance with EN 88 class "A", adjustable outlet pressure range 5-160 mbar, spring-loaded compensation diaphragm to eliminate inlet pressure fluctuations, protective safety diaphragm, zero shut-off function when consumer is off, impulse line, internal Rp 3/4" threaded connections for system installation, operating temperature range from -20 to +70 °C, high regulation accuracy of output parameters, can be installed horizontally or vertically (spring housing up), uses perbunan diaphragm and seals, aluminum housing and plastic valve disc, and no built-in measuring nipple. To protect the regulator from foreign objects, installation of a filter is recommended. Kromschroder GDJ series pressure regulators are suitable for various gases such as methane, LPG and biogas (with H₂S content not exceeding 0.1%).
