The Technick PON7-D-R-4-25 gear pump with internal gearing of the PON series has a built-in safety (bypass) valve and an integrated filter for fuel liquids. Four types of pumps that supply between 90 l/h - 320 l/h, can generate 40 bar pressure at a rotation speed of 2800 rpm. The Technick PON7-D-R-4-25 pump can be used as a conveying pump or as burner pumps. The hpTechnick PON7-D-R-4-25 diesel pump can be used in either one linear or two linear systems according to the engraving from the direction of rotation of the pump. The principle of operation of the hpTechnick PON7-D-R-4-25 pump is the rotation of two gears with internal engagement, where the rotor (drive gear) engages with the driven gear, which is internal to the rotor. The driven gear is mounted on a pin, which is located in the pump cover and is mounted eccentrically to the rotor axis. The displacement of the two gears fills the crescent-shaped dividing element. During the operation of the pair, when the teeth of the gears leave the engagement, the process of suction of the working fluid occurs, and then pushing it to the other side of the separation element, and when the teeth of the wheels enter the engagement, it is pushed into the discharge line.
