Fuel passes through the filter to the gear mechanism, where pressure is increased and maintained by the regulator. The NC valve opens the fuel supply to the nozzle, while the NO valve disables the regulator when activated. In two-pipe mode, excess fuel returns to the tank; in one-pipe mode, it goes to the bypass.
