Brahma TM12 is a highly reliable microprocessor controller ("burner automation") from the Microflat series, designed for full automation of ignition, flame monitoring and safety of atmospheric gas burners operating in intermittent mode. The device is equally effective for burners with and without a fan. Thanks to its technical characteristics, this control unit is widely used in various heat-generating equipment: Heating systems: gas and combination boilers (domestic and industrial), air heaters, hot water equipment. Industrial and climate equipment: air heaters (including Master BV70, BV110, BV170, BV290, as well as Master B230, B360, OKLIMA), infrared heaters, radiant tube heaters. Household and kitchen appliances: ovens, hobs, combi steamers. Burner equipment: the unit is compatible with a wide range of burners, including Riello, Weishaupt, Giersch, Viessmann, Lamborghini. Main functions and features Built-in high-voltage ignition transformer: The device is equipped with a built-in, fully solid-state ignition system, which simplifies design and installation, eliminating the need to purchase and install a separate ignition unit. Universal flame control: Provides the ability to connect both an ionization electrode and an ultraviolet (UV) photosensor. Response time in case of flame loss is less than 1 second, ensuring instantaneous gas shut-off in an emergency. High safety class: Non-volatile (hardware) lockout with manual reset: In any emergency situation (no flame after TS time, ionization circuit break, etc.), the unit goes into lockout state. Restart is only possible manually after troubleshooting.
