Brahma-24285621-SM192N.2-Steuergerät
Brahma SM192N.2 is a microprocessor controller ("flame safeguard control") designed for automatic ignition control, flame monitoring and safe operation of atmospheric gas burners of two-stage type with intermittent cycle. The device is suitable for burners with natural draft (without fan) as well as forced air supply (with fan in the combustion circuit). This modification (art. 24285621) has an increased pre-purge time of 5 seconds (and also a wait time of 5 seconds), which is an intermediate option between fast blocks (1.5 s) and long ones (20 s). This makes it an ideal choice for two-stage equipment requiring moderate purging of the combustion chamber before ignition. Application areas include: two-stage gas heating and combi boilers (domestic and industrial); air heaters and hot air generators with two-stage modulation; air heaters, infrared heaters; Riello, Baltur, Weishaupt, Lamborghini two-stage burners where tv=5 s / ts=10 s / tw=5 s are required. Main functions and features: Two-stage burner control: the controller provides sequential start of the first and second power stages, which saves fuel by operating at partial load and reduces the number of on/off cycles. Fully automatic combustion cycle: the unit independently performs the sequence: check for absence of false flame → pre-purge (5 s) → ignition at first stage → ramp to full power (if needed) → combustion monitoring → safe shutdown upon flame loss. Ionization flame detection: flame detection via ionization electrode (rectification effect). Reaction time upon flame loss —
