The Suntec AS47B 1616 pump is designed for diesel fuel and kerosene and can be used in both single-pipe and two-pipe fuel systems. The pump design ensures stable pressure, efficient air venting, and safe fuel shut-off when the burner is turned off. Operating principle of Suntec AS47B1616 oil pump: The gear pair draws fuel from the tank through the built-in mesh filter and delivers it to the pressure regulating valve, after which fuel flows to the nozzle line. Excess fuel in a two-pipe system is diverted through the valve to the return line, and in a single-pipe system it returns to the suction side. When the solenoid valve is inactive, the bypass between pressure and return sides is open, so pressure does not build up. When the valve is activated, the bypass closes, pressure quickly increases, and the nozzle valve opens. When the burner stops, the bypass opens again, fuel drains to the return line, and supply to the nozzle stops immediately. Air venting in a two-pipe system occurs automatically. In a single-pipe system, air is removed through the open pressure gauge port.
