It initiates fan operation and positions the connected butterfly valve for pre-purge and ignition phases. Once pre-purge and burner ignition are complete, it sends an Enable signal to an external controller to adjust the butterfly valve as per output demand. Post-purge occurs after burner shutdown. This control unit also oversees gas and air pressure, with an optional tightness control function available for valve monitoring. Programming via the optical interface and BCSoft PC software ensures precise adaptation to the relevant application. Adjustable start-up attempts and automatic restart enhance burner equipment flexibility. The quick-start option facilitates compliant startup of forced draught burners without pre-purge after regular shutdown, preventing excess air admission into the combustion chamber.
