Brahma NDE11 (art. 37510002) burner management control unit is a microprocessor burner manager designed for automation of ignition and flame monitoring in atmospheric gas and oil burners. The device operates in intermittent mode and provides a complete cycle: pre-purge, ignition, flame monitoring and safety lockout. The NDE11 model combines a high-voltage ignition transformer and control electronics in a compact housing, simplifying installation and saving space in the control cabinet. Main technical specifications Parameter Value Supply voltage 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz Power consumption ≈ 15 VA (including transformer) Flame control Ionization electrode or photodiode FD Burner type Atmospheric, progressive, modulating Fuel type Gas, oil Operating mode Intermittent Pre-purge time 1.5 seconds Safety time (Ts) 30 seconds Operating temperature from -20°C to +70°C Protection class IP00 (protection provided by installation) Dimensions (H×W×D) 10.7 × 8.1 × 3.6 cm Key features Built-in high-voltage ignition transformer – no external unit required. Microprocessor control with periodic self-diagnostics. Two types of flame sensors – ionization (for gas) or photodiode FD (for oil). Flame loss protection in < 1 second – prevents fuel mixture accumulation. Multiple ignition attempts – increases start-up reliability. Protection against voltage surges – varistor and EMC filter. LED indication – displays operating mode and fault codes. Electrical reset of lockout – simply disconnect power briefly. Application areas Domestic and industrial heating boilers (gas, diesel) Heat generators and air heaters Infrared heaters and air heaters
